US housing starts are expected to decline in August – TDS
Research Team at TDS, suggests that the US housing starts are expected to decline in August after hitting a near post-recession high in July.

“TD looks for a pullback to an annualized 1184k units, a 2.2% monthly decline from July, as residential construction slows in both the single and multi-unit segments. The market is slightly less downbeat and expects a 1190k print. Meanwhile, building permits are likely to increase by 1.0% m/m (market: 1.8% m/m), pointing to continued growth in single-family construction throughout autumn.”
