Russia's Novak: No immediate need to talk about additional output cuts

Russian energy minister Alexander Novak recently crossed the news wires saying that there was no immediate need to talk about additional oil output cuts as part of the OPEC and Non-OPEC deal, as per LiveSquawk reports. In the meantime, Iraqi oil minister Jabbar al-Luaibi told reporters that Iraq was planning to start rehabilitating Nineveh oil fields.
