Analysts at Nomura offered their model projection for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 59 pips higher than the previous fix (6.6093 from 6.6034) and 14 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.6107. The basket implied change is 17 pips lower than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.6090 from 6.6107)."
