EU's Malmstrom: US is not yet ready for tariff-cut talks

European Union (EU) Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom crossed the wires in the last minutes reiterating that the U.S. was not yet ready for "tariff-cut talks," explaining that the ball was now in the U.S. court to kick start the talks.
