NZD/USD falls below 0.8500
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The NZD/USD broke below 0.8500 for the first time since early June and fell to 0.8492. The pair holds near the lows, under pressure as the US dollar holds at daily highs across the board ahead of the FOMC decision.
The Kiwi dropped on Asian hours against Greenback, but then stabilized and held steady around 0.8510 during the European session. During the American session broke below 0.8505 and extended the decline.
The NZD/USD is falling for the fourth day in a row, retreating further after hitting multi-year highs above 0.8800, three weeks ago.
